Terms of Service

We provide exterior cleaning services — including pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, driveway cleaning, and window cleaning — in the Columbus, GA area and nearby communities. A quote request does not create a binding contract; we provide service only after we and you agree on the work, the price, and a time.

• Quotes are estimates based on the information and photos you provide and may be adjusted after we see the property or learn of conditions that affect the work.
• We give you the price before we start. You are under no obligation until you accept.
• Consistent with our guarantee, payment is due once the work is complete and you are satisfied, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned and to a working water source unless we arrange otherwise.
• Please move or secure vehicles, furniture, fragile items, and pets before your appointment.
• We may reschedule for weather or safety. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can.

Our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee: you don’t pay until you’re satisfied. If something isn’t right, tell us and we will come back to make it right within a reasonable time before payment.

• You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to request cleaning services for it.
• You grant us permission to take before-and-after photos for our work records and quality control.
• We will use photos that identify your property in public marketing only with your permission.

We take care to match the right method to each surface and to protect your property. However, some stains, oxidation, age-related wear, or pre-existing damage cannot be fully removed or repaired, and certain surfaces or materials carry inherent risk. Except as stated in our guarantee, the Site and services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Clean will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Team Clean harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

If you opt in to text messages, the SMS terms in our Privacy Policy apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

The Site and its content — including text, images, logos, and design — are owned by Team Clean or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
